An Antiques & Collectibles Appraisal Fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, sponsored by MAC Inc., the Area Agency on Aging, and the Westside Historical Society. The event will be held at MAC, located at 909 Progress Circle in Salisbury, off Snow Hill Road. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m., with appraisals from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Admission to the event will be free.

The event also will feature vendors offering antiques and collectibles; a “museum room” to showcase Shore museums and culture; informational tables and exhibits on various area organizations; demonstrations, silent auction, entertainment and food.

In addition, award-winning writer and photographer Brice Stump will be on hand with copies of his new book, Working Skipjacks of Deal Island, which features 650 black-and-white photos. Stump also will be among the guest speakers.
