Quarter auction Nov. 30 at the Elks 1044 Lodge benefits Crisfield High School senior class, United Way

CRISFIELD — Crisfield Academy and High School will be sponsoring a Quarter Auction on Thursday, Nov. 30 at the Crisfield Elks #1044 Lodge beginning at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6. There will be 70 games, Chinese auction, and 50/50 drawing. Admission is $5 which includes one paddle, and additional paddles will be on sale for $5 each. Proceeds benefit the Senior Class and United Way.

There will be plenty of goodies for purchase with the Elks kitchen offering cheeseburgers, French fries, hot dogs and chicken strips. Available at the bake table will be lots of sweets including brownies, cupcakes, cake slices, fudge, and cookies, as well as chicken salad, cheese balls, pork BBQ, cream of crab soup, popcorn and nachos.

Besides great baskets to bid on, there will be a Chinese auction with prizes including a TV, gift cards, overnight stay in Ocean City, a 7½’ Christmas tree with matching wreath, Beats headphones and Smith Island Cake Per Month.
