Princess Anne Police report

PRINCESS ANNE — Chief of Police Tim Bozman announces the latest news from the Princess Anne Police Department.

 

  • On 8-16-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged a 16 year old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland with malicious destruction of property.  The charge stemmed from a complaint that occurred at 12083 College Place.  The juvenile was charged with malicious destruction of property less than $1,000.00.  The case was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 8-15-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Mark Anthony Figgs, 23, of Salisbury, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged with Figgs with trespassing on 8-1-16 at Pizza Hut which is located on Mt. Vernon Road.  Figgs was served with his copy of the criminal summons and was released.

 

  • On 8-26-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Michael Lamar Handy, 47, of Princess Anne, Maryland for an outstanding District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.  Handy was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $250,000.00 bond.  Handy was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 8-26-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Terrell Ontario C. Jackson, 22, of Princess Anne, Maryland and Deandre Andrew Styron, 22, of Princess Anne, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event.  The charge stemmed from a large party complaint in the Talon’s South apartment complex located off of UMES Boulevard.  Both Jackson and Styron were issued civil citations and released from the scene.
