Princess Anne Police post the following incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — The Princess Anne Police Department posts the following incidents and arrests, by authority Chief Timothy Bozman.

 

  • On 5-15-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Malik K. Holland, 23, of Princess Anne, Maryland for disorderly conduct.  The arrest stemmed from when officers were dispersing a large crowd in the Arden’s Run apartment complex located at 30630 UMES Boulevard.  Holland was issued criminal citations for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace and was subsequently released from custody.

 

  • On 5-15-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Vincent John Simmons, 21, of Clinton, Maryland for assault second degree. The arrest stemmed when officers were attempting to break up a large crowd in the Arden’s Run apartment complex located at 30630 UMES Boulevard.  Simmons assaulted one of the officers while the crowd was being disbursed and was charged with assault second degree, disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, resist/interfere with arrest, and affray.  Simmons was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $25,000.00 bond.  Simmons was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 5-14-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Antwan Darryl English, 20, of Baltimore, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event.  The charge stemmed from a large party/crowd being observed in the Talon’s South apartment complex located at 30515 UMES Boulevard.  English was issued a civil citation and was released from the scene.

 

  • On 5-14-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Wayne Shamar Xavier Seawell, 20, of Princess Anne, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event.  The charge stemmed from a large party/crowd complaint at 12235 Anne’s Way.  Seawell was issued a civil citation and was released from the scene.

 

  • On 5-13-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Andre Demetris Dennis, 41, of Princess Anne, Maryland for trespassing.  The arrest stemmed from officers observing Dennis at the Royal Farms store located at 30452 Mt. Vernon Road where he had previously been banned from the property.  Dennis was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and was subsequently released from custody.

 

  • On 5-13-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Demetris Tyron Richardson, 36, of Princess Anne, Maryland for burglary fourth degree.  The arrest stemmed from a burglary investigation that occurred earlier on 5-13-16 at 11827 Somerset Avenue.  Richardson was charged with burglary fourth degree, three counts of trespass private property, and making a false statement to a police officer.  Richardson was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000.00 unsecured bond.

 

  • On 5-11-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Eric Chineme Ezenwanne, 22, of Ellicott City, Maryland for disorderly conduct.  The arrest stemmed from Ezenwanne acting in a disorderly manner when officers were assisting emergency medical personnel with a patient near 11795 Somerset Avenue.  Ezenwanne was charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, and obstructing and hindering.  Ezenwanne was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000.00 bond.  Ezenwanne was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.
