Princess Anne Police incident and arrest report

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Chief of Police Timothy Bozman announces the following incidents and arrests.

 

  • On 3-12-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Warren Lee Ballard, 51, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault first degree. The arrest stemmed from an altercation that occurred at the bus stop on Somerset Avenue near Junior’s Wines where Ballard pulled a knife on the victim and threatened the victim with the knife. Ballard was charged with assault first degree, assault second degree, and dangerous weapon conceal. Ballard was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued no bond. Ballard was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 3-9-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Erica Ann Uff, 26, of Marion Station, Maryland with theft less than $100.00. The charge stemmed from a theft complaint at Dollar General, located at 30371 Mt. Vernon Road. Uff was found to be in possession of store merchandise which she did not pay for prior to leaving the store. Uff was issued a criminal citation for theft less than $100.00.

 

  • On 3-8-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Bradford Lesley Tilghman, 49, of Princess Anne Maryland with theft less than $100.00. The charge stemmed from a theft investigation that occurred on 3-2-16 at the Rite Aid store located at 12154 Brittingham Lane. Tilghman was issued a criminal citation for theft less than $100.00.
