Princess Anne Police Department’s incident and arrest resports

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman posts the following recent incidents and arrests.

  • On 1-7-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Derreck Cornell Hall, 27, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree.  The arrest stemmed from a domestic disturbance complaint located at 12235 Anne’ Way.  Hall was charged with assault second degree.  Hall was taken to the District Court Commissioners Office where Hall was released on $15,000.00 unsecured bond.

 

  • On 1-6-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Justin Lamar Brittingham, 25, of Salisbury, Maryland for an outstanding District Court bench warrant.  The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop where Brittingham was found to be the operator.  A wanted check revealed Brittingham had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.  Brittingham was taken to the District Court Commissioners Office where he was released on $2,500.00 bond.

 

  • On 1-3-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Darryl Antonio Merrill, 24, of Princess Anne, Maryland for an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The arrest warrant charged Merrill with assault second degree in reference to an incident that occurred on 12-22-16 at 30517 Antioch Avenue.  Merrill was taken to the District Court Commissioners Office where Merrill was released on $10,000.00 bond.

 

  • On 1-3-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Phillip Morris Taylor, 19, of Bivalve, Maryland for having a handgun on his person.  The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop where Taylor was found to be a passenger in the vehicle.  Taylor was charged with having a handgun on his person and having a handgun in a vehicle.  Taylor was taken to the District Court Commissioners Office where Taylor was released on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 1-3-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Norihito Saginoya, 51, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged Saginoya with assault second degree from an incident that occurred on 12-16-16 at 11542 Somerset Avenue.  Saginoya was released upon signing for his copy of the criminal summons.
